“Everyone Says I’m the Best of the Best”: A Morning Meditation Before the Mirror

Recently, at one of his rallies, Donald Trump recounted how people call him the “GOAT” (Greatest of All Time). When he asked, what about Washington and Lincoln, people supposedly replied: “You’re better, sir.”

For some, the morning begins with coffee.

For others, with a workout.

For still others, with breathing exercises, gratitude to the world, and an attempt not to open the news before breakfast.

But there is a more advanced level.

Stand before the mirror. Square your shoulders. Adjust an invisible tie. Your gaze — confident, slightly narrowed.

You walk up to the mirror.

You look yourself straight in the eye.

And you begin:

“Everyone says I’m the best of the best.”

A pause.

Then you ask the control question:

“And what about Washington and Lincoln?”

And here the main thing is not to lose your focus.

The inner voice must answer confidently:

“You’re better, sir.”

That’s it.

The meditation is over.

Self-esteem raised.

The historical figures are neatly pushed aside.

You can go have breakfast.

This practice works especially well on a Monday, before an important meeting, and on those days when the mirror for some reason refuses to show greatness on the first try.

It is advisable to repeat until complete inner agreement.

If it didn't help — add this too:

“And anyway, a lot of people say so.”

A universal formula.

It works on almost anything.

A morning meditation before the mirror.

Well, I don't know if it's true, but I'll tell you: it must be true. Because there has been no president who did more in his first two years than President Trump.

Close your eyes. Repeat three times:

“They think I'm better.

They believe I'm better.

I am better.”

Open your eyes. Smile at yourself with that very smile that makes the crowd start shouting.

The meditation is over.

You can go save the world. Or at least check on how Washington and Lincoln are doing.

Use it.

Don't thank me.
