❓QUESTION:
Why does negativity seem stronger? Why is it so difficult to "unstick" from it and move to the bright side (even with a strong desire).
❗️LEE'S ANSWER:
Because you live focused on the physical world (a world of perceived separation) and your physical senses are oriented towards what is understood as "danger." Anything outside your comfort zone appears unknown = dangerous.
And then the mind kicks in – "I must do something." Any "danger" activates the mind to seek a solution. This orientation is also physiologically ingrained – the body reacts first to external signals, then to internal ones – as long as the mind perceives something as dangerous, the body intensely creates "supportive chemistry," like adrenaline and cortisol.
A gradual shift in your belief system leads to the mind starting to do its job – it assesses the situation, but doesn't seek solutions in the external world. The mind optimizes action, if required (if you need to run, it's with an understanding of why, where, and what that achieves).
Consequently, the "inner Knowing" system is further oriented towards "how do I want to feel," and you see an application point in any information – one way or another. You recognize external events not as danger signals, but as reflections of your internal state. You understand that this event was created internally by you, and therefore the best way (which the mind now knows how to do) is to change the internal assessment of what is happening. And if something threatens you physically, you actually perceive it clearly internally several minutes beforehand – you have a time buffer to react BEFORE the event.
