The Process of Integrating Negative Beliefs
QUESTION:
Dear Lee, I am writing regarding your webinar on integrating negative beliefs and its universal algorithm for any situation. Could you please explain the process for those of us who are extremely short on time but read and respect your work constantly? How exactly should these steps be performed in practice? I was heading to our rented apartment where renovations are currently underway. Feeling completely inspired to wash the windows before the new flooring was installed, I was met with a shock—the neighbor upstairs had flooded our expensive new ceiling.
LEE’S RESPONSE:
I have previously outlined the entire methodology and logic in my public webinar. We have also configured Lee AI—our artificial intelligence assistant—which provides high-quality guidance throughout this process.
From my perspective, if people fail to use the tools and materials provided, it means they are not yet internally ready for change. Familiar pain often feels more comfortable than "unknown happiness." This, in fact, is the direct result of a hidden belief—choosing to endure rather than taking active steps toward transformation.
One cannot blame an individual for causing themselves harm; it is a specific experience they have "ordered" and must navigate until it is fully realized.
Consequently, I realize there is no point in trying to persuade people to neutralize their negative beliefs via the simple path of integration. They require pain and complexity. They truly need it! I say this without any hint of sarcasm.
Regarding your ceiling and the neighbor. This is already the physical manifestation of your internal beliefs. From a single event like this, you can only gain an initial impulse: the desire to understand.
To isolate the root cause, we follow these specific steps:
— The emotion triggered by the situation
— Identifying similar emotions in other contexts
— Analyzing the cyclical nature of these situations
— Recognizing the underlying line of thinking that shapes your self-identity
— Identifying the core belief at the foundation
— Understanding the reasons for creating this configuration, which allows you to recognize your authorship rather than a sense of victimhood
— Changing the internal setting
— Reinforcing your new self-image
These are not psychological tricks for self-soothing; it is an awareness of the vibrational structure that creates an external reflection in the physical world.
In doing so, you gain a direct awareness of the connections and causes involved. You are not simply taking someone else's word for it, but realizing your own participation and seeing your own authorship.
This is precisely where people tend to "flee the battlefield." In other words, their very beliefs tell them: "Do not look at us, or things will only get worse."
The mind argues that "bad is better than worse." To the question of what "worse" actually is, the mind replies that it is "worse than bad."
Do you see the pattern?
Beliefs construct lies in such a way that the individual fails to notice the simple substitution occurring in their own thinking.
Thus, a person is only ready to integrate negative beliefs once they reach the frequency of recognizing this mental substitution.
Ultimately, everyone will complete this process at their own pace and in their own time.
I have outlined the principle once again—giving you a gentle nudge in the process—and it is up to each individual to decide if they are ready to explore this topic more deeply. My role is to show the way, as it is not my place to implement these changes for someone else.
