❓ QUESTION:
During your webinars, you often emphasize that to achieve a goal, one must feel as if it has already manifested and truly savor that experience. For instance, if you want a yacht, you should envision the salty spray of the sea breeze while standing on its deck. Yet, I struggle to visualize the end result because what I truly crave is the process itself—grabbing a stack of cash from a safe and marching toward a bright future, spending it with intense satisfaction. So, what should I do? Where will focusing on the process rather than the outcome actually lead me?
❗️ lee’s ANSWER:
So, are you saying that the material goods themselves matter less to you than the act of purchasing them? In that case, focus entirely on the sensations associated with the transaction. Simulate this process in your mind to derive genuine joy from it. Imagine yourself browsing through stores and making purchases, mentally handing over the payment. This state resonates with the same frequency of joy as any other form of happiness.
Incidentally, mentally window-shopping and acquiring pleasant items is a highly effective visualization technique. Unlike the misery of thinking "I can't afford this," this approach actively moves you closer to your desired outcome.
