They often say to act, not wait and not sit on the sidelines, to follow truth and actively create peace. Can you say anything about the quality of the channelings and this information in particular?

Such an approach is too narrow and it caters to the audience's interests rather than describing the essence of the Far Eastern nations' plan. They were "inserted" for the purposes of the current transition at the insistence of people from the future. Japan, like its neighbors, is ultimately destined to play the role of civilizational balancer. Balance – this is a more correct term than renaissance.
Lemuria does not require a renaissance – it has fulfilled its mission. Japan (China, Korea) will still play its role.
From what I have seen, Lisa Royal Holt – her channelings are of higher quality, more informative, and balanced. She spends a lot of time in Japan specifically to help realize the potential of this nation.
