His resting heart rate decreased from 65 to 46 beats per minute, his sleep became both deeper and longer, and his gut microbiome showed significant improvement. An artificial intelligence system, developed by his team, estimated his biological age at approximately 32 years, a remarkable 15 years younger than his chronological age. However, these findings are based on a single individual, and generalizing them to others would be premature.
