Sometimes technology goes too far. And sometimes — it gets too fun.
A robot waiter, which was supposed to calmly deliver orders, suddenly decided that ordinary work is too boring. Instead of delivering food precisely, it started busting out dance moves and was clearly more into its own show than serving guests.
From the outside, it looked as if its system had suddenly mixed up the commands "deliver the order" and "ignite the party".
Customers were probably expecting food, but got a little free concert. And we must admit, the robot approached the task with full dedication: if it's service, then not just with a smile, but straight with choreography.
This story reminded us once again that the future has already arrived — it's just turned out to be a bit stranger than we expected. We thought robots would execute commands perfectly, but they apparently want self-expression too.
So now the formula for good service looks something like this:
your order is on its way… unless the waiter has gone off into a dance routine again. 😄
