❓QUESTION:
I'm a bit confused. In the webinar "New Consciousness. The Body as Proof" you say first that we choose not to hold pain in the body, and during grounding we choose exactly that - not to hold it. But at the same time, further on you say: "Allow it to be. Don't get rid of it. Don't push it away from yourself."
❗️ANSWER lee:
What is held in the body is an attempt to forbid it from being in Being. In the body we cannot hold what is allowed to simply be. We hold exactly what we try to stop. "I don't want this" is the same as "I want to hold this back."
At the same time, the body as Consciousness already contains wholeness within itself. We have nothing to offer it to make it "more whole" or "healthier." Just don't burden it with extra weight like "I shouldn't think about this..."
What is valuable experience will be included in the DNA as "body memory." You also pass on skills, say, driving a car, playing a musical instrument, and so on.
But also passed on is "I am one who doesn't like..." And this "doesn't like" is taken from the Universe and inserted into the body so that it remembers what exactly it should not like.
So you say: "Yes, it exists, and it is no longer interesting to me." The body replies, "Okay, let's forget about this nonsense, let's focus on learning Swahili skills."
To forget something, you need to truly forget - to let it go without saying goodbye. But as soon as you are concerned with "where is the best place to send it?" or "how exactly it should be forgotten," you immediately give it attention.
So the formula is this: "I acknowledge that the Universe contains absolutely everything. And I no longer need to worry about canceling the unwanted; I will take what I desire."
In acknowledging Everything there is deep meaning - you can RECEIVE ANYTHING. This is the other side of the coin of letting go of what is not desired.
Attention determines presence, and presence itself is determined by permission for Everything to be.
