You do not need to go anywhere to find your True Self.
QUESTION:
Am I correct in understanding that the "I Am" is the third level of samadhi, and that you are proposing its use to resolve a wide range of issues? Does this span from recognizing that "All is Well" and somatic work to cultivating a sense of non-separation in situations where one feels disconnected? I am not suggesting this state is unnatural, but it does seem to require some preparation or effort to recognize—perhaps because such an orientation is so foreign to the modern world that it isn't as simple as reaching into one's pocket.
ANSWER from lee:
You have skillfully turned the entire premise on its head. The "I Am" is exactly what you feel and who you are—there is no need to travel—simply point to yourself, and you are already pointing in the right direction. Notice that you do not point to your forehead, but to your chest—to the Heart.
To call yourself the "third level of samadhi" is like describing the Earth as a "tool for growing strawberries" or a puddle as the "initial stage of the ocean."
If anything, samadhi is an "unnatural state" for the "I Am," in the sense that the Self must experience itself through the complex architecture of the physical body.
