❓QUESTION:
While rereading Richard Bach’s "Illusions," a recurring question arose: why is it that despite the presence of advanced teachers—yourself included—who truly see how reality is structured and how matter is formed, no one levitates or walks on water? Why is that? Is there actually anyone capable of this? Are these miracles simply not being shown to us, or are modern-day messiahs just not at that level?
❗️RESPONSE from lee:
You are operating from the logic of the "supernatural" while overlooking the logic of the "ordinary miracle." In the framework of the "ordinary," we don't try to break the Game or impose new rules over collective perception; instead, we uncover the inner workings of the world. This "uncovering" allows us to remove the limitations surrounding our current challenges. In other words, it enables you to live exactly as you wish because you stop contradicting yourself, your desires, and your fundamental needs.
Your "supernatural" logic suggests something else entirely—not pursuing your own goals and desires, but rather breaking the Rules of the Game for… what purpose exactly?
Look at it this way. A certain footballer might master the Game to the level of a "Ballon d'Or" and derive immense joy and fulfillment from playing. So why would he choose to fly over the stadium instead, just to entertain the crowd? As a player, he would gain nothing from such "parlor tricks."
What would be the purpose of all that? To stroke one's own ego? To indulge in a feeling of superiority over others?
The way matter is formed is quite well understood. However, is there any reason to tear down walls when such knowledge is far better utilized for "strengthening" them?
Unless the transmission of knowledge stems from a mutual interest between the one giving and the one receiving, it serves no purpose. Some, of course, are inclined toward magic tricks or showing off stunts… but how much actual knowledge have you gained from them that provides answers about your own Life?
Incidentally, you yourself can master levitation. However, you would have to relinquish the goal of demonstrating it. It must be for personal pleasure alone. Proceed with this understanding, knowing that no one will see it simply because, as long as they do not believe, they will not see it. If personal enjoyment is enough for you, you will master this skill. But the moment you set "demonstrating your special abilities" as your goal, you will be pinned to the ground. For this would be a direct contradiction of the very laws of the Game in the physical world.
Why is it a contradiction? Well, that is precisely what you need to grasp if this particular path interests you.
