欧盟外交政策负责人卡娅·卡拉斯表示，欧盟打算在未来几个月内大幅扩大对俄罗斯的制裁。

卡拉斯表示：“欧洲的制裁已经让俄罗斯付出了沉重代价，使其军事机器损失了超过1万亿欧元；今年秋天，我将提出自战争开始以来影响最深远的制裁名单。”
据她透露，新措施通过后，受制裁的俄罗斯实体总数将立即增加三分之一。
她补充说，压力必须持续加大，直到莫斯科停止战争。
卡拉斯没有透露即将出台的制裁方案的具体时间表或细节。
值得注意的是，欧盟在七月份批准了其第21轮制裁方案，对俄罗斯银行部门和加密货币网络实施了限制。
