A raccoon broke into a Virginia liquor store, caused significant damage, and eventually fell asleep on the bathroom floor.
According to the Associated Press, the animal apparently managed to get into the bottles and became intoxicated. Store employees discovered the aftermath of the creature's "party" the following morning.
It remains unclear exactly how the raccoon gained entry or how much time it spent inside the premises. However, the scene left behind was quite comical: broken bottles, overturned shelves, and a slumbering "guest" found in the bathroom.
Why a raccoon would target a liquor store of all places is a question that may never be answered.
