Why is the one who harmed you your savior?
When we condemn the actions of other people and mentally try to “erase” them from our reality, a powerful resistance arises within us. It is as if we say to life: “This should not have happened.” But everything that happens is already included in the overall harmony of being. Nothing falls outside this order — not even that which seems to us cruel, unjust, or accidental.
Resistance creates an inner clamp. The energy that could have gone toward development and understanding is spent on fighting what has already happened. We get stuck in the position of a victim and lose the ability to see the situation as a whole.
As soon as we stop fighting what happened “here and now,” the space within us is freed. The situation begins to unfold differently — often in our favor. And then yesterday’s “enemy,” the person who caused pain, unexpectedly turns out to be one of the main saviors. It was through them that we received an important lesson, came face to face with our own shadow, saw our weak spots, or, on the contrary, discovered an inner strength we had not suspected before.
