Power is an illusion in and of itself. People who pursue this path usually harbor deep-seated complexes that they try to offset with a sense of superiority. If these complexes weren't there, they wouldn't seek power to begin with. Their awareness is typically blocked by these insecurities rather than being tuned to the frequencies of the Heart.
This "role" essentially turns them into servants of the collective consciousness. In other words, they only implement what is dominant in the collective perception. Therefore, if society is currently unready for an "energetic shift," the leadership conforms to this and will take outward steps to block it. If society is ready for transformation while someone in power resists, they will be naturally removed from their position.
For instance, the Soviet Union maintained a massive control apparatus, yet it collapsed "magically" during the Cosmic Divergence—a planetary-level transition period. One can construct clear explanations and theories in hindsight for all such events, but the point remains that power is built on illusion and those within it are subject to the rules of that illusion. In fact, their positions are anchored solely within that false construct.
Every individual's thought is a piece of a house of cards. The moment you "withdraw your card," the illusion of that system crumbles before you. If you try to change the cards from the top, the illusion holds, as it is sustained by the foundation rather than the peak.
Consequently, when the time comes for this branch of reality to shift, you will easily "take your card" without worrying about what those in power know or perceive. You will inevitably find yourself exactly where the reflections of your own frequencies are waiting for you.
