🕷️ Josh Allen can calmly withstand the pressure of defenders weighing nearly 130 kilograms. But on 15 September it turned out there is a scarier opponent. It weighs about a gram and has eight legs.
During the press conference of the star of the Buffalo Bills a spider suddenly appeared nearby.
Before that, Allen had been answering journalists' questions about the upcoming match with the Detroit Lions, the new stadium and the team's play with complete calm. But the moment he noticed the uninvited guest, football instantly ceased to be the main topic of the day.
The quarterback looked at the spider and announced very expressively:
"I don't like this."
That short phrase was enough.
The video instantly spread across social media, because the contrast was perfect: one of the most famous and physically powerful NFL players, whom huge defenders try to knock off his feet every week, turned out to be completely unprepared for the appearance of a small eight-legged participant in the press conference.
What's more, the spider apparently had neither accreditation nor a question for the athlete, and had no idea at all that it had ended up next to a star of American football.
Perhaps it had simply come to check the lineup for the next match.
But Allen clearly decided that there were already enough journalists in the room.
So now we know the weak spot of the Buffalo Bills quarterback:
the opponent's defense — that's fine.
