Oppo Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max: the flagship duo with revolutionary cameras arrives on 21 October
Oppo has confirmed the global launch of the long-awaited Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max flagships on 21 October 2026. The event will take place on the Spanish island of Mallorca — a month after the Chinese premiere in September. The series will become the first smartphone in history with a unique camera configuration: while the Find X10 received two 200-megapixel modules, the Pro Max packed in as many as three such sensors — an unprecedented solution in the mobile industry.
The main highlight of the series is cameras with a resolution of up to 200 MP, developed jointly with the legendary Swedish company Hasselblad. The Find X10 is equipped with a pair of 200-megapixel sensors: a main module with a 1/1,4-inch sensor and a periscope telephoto lens with 2.8x optical zoom. The Find X10 Pro Max received a triple system of three 200-megapixel modules, including an ultra-wide-angle one with a 124-degree field of view. Both devices support 8K shooting at 30 frames per second and 4K at 120 frames, as well as Open Gate Capture technology for flexible video framing without the restrictions of a standard aspect ratio.
Under the hood, the series is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9600M processors (the base Find X10) and 9600 Pro (Pro Max) — the company's first chips built on 2-nm and 3-nm technology respectively, delivering a 15–17% performance gain while reducing power consumption by up to 61%. The LTPO AMOLED displays have a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz and a resolution of 2768×1272 pixels. Batteries with a capacity of 8000 mAh (in some regions — 7150 mAh) support SuperVOOC wired charging at 80 W and wireless charging at 50 W. The operating system is ColorOS 17 based on Android 17, which will be announced globally on 13 October and will bring the updated Fluid Design, improved app performance (35% better launch, 55,6% better background process retention) and expanded AI capabilities. The design is executed in a Scandinavian style with Hasselblad accents, including matte textures and the characteristic orange rings around the cameras.
Global prices have not yet been announced, however in China the Pro Max model starts at 6799 yuan (base configuration). In the top-end version, the price reaches 8999 yuan. Full reviews and independent camera tests on the global versions are not yet available, so the real advantages in everyday shooting will have to be assessed after the release on international markets.
Compared with competitors, the series occupies a unique niche. The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra has a 200-megapixel main camera, but its sensor system cannot boast such an aggressive configuration. Xiaomi and other manufacturers also bet on 200 MP, however the Pro Max's triple system, where all three modules operate at maximum resolution, remains unprecedented. This strategic distinction underscores Oppo's position as a pioneer in extreme-level mobile photography.
The key question for potential buyers is how such an architecture will perform in practice. The record resolution and huge battery are impressive, but the final verdict depends on three factors: the global price, the quality of RAW image processing and battery life in real-world scenarios. Buyers should wait for official tests at the global market launch — they will provide a full picture of whether such technical ambitions from Oppo are justified.
