Philips has introduced the unconventional 24B2D5300 monitor, which features screens on both sides of its chassis—essentially a single display unit capable of showing different content simultaneously on the front and back. The device is aimed at offices, educational spaces, reception desks, and retail environments where information needs to be visible to two separate audiences at once.
Each side is equipped with a 23.8-inch IPS panel featuring Full HD resolution, 250 nits of brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Philips has also integrated separate connections for different signal sources, ensuring that the images on the front and back panels can be managed independently.
At just 28 mm thick, the housing remains impressively sleek, allowing the monitor to be easily positioned on a stand or attached to a mounting arm. According to early feedback, this is one of those rare products that functions as a practical office tool while doubling as a striking technological showcase.
While European pricing has not been finalized across all regions, reports suggest a target range of €399–429 / £359.99, with shipments expected to begin in mid-2026. Ultimately, the Philips 24B2D5300 is less of a mainstream consumer product and more of a niche, yet highly compelling solution for environments where a screen must work in two directions at once.
