Jeni’s Launches Holiday Collection with Sticky Toffee Pudding and First-Time New Arrivals

Edited by: Svitlana Velhush

In November 2026, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams unveiled its annual Splendid Holiday Collection — six flavors inspired by festive desserts, with the new Sticky Toffee Pudding taking center stage. A vanilla-date custard with pieces of brown sugar and buttery toffee sauce brings the warm, sticky sweetness of the classic British pudding to the tongue, but in frozen form: a dense texture with crunchy cake inclusions and a stretchy caramel note that melts slowly, leaving an aftertaste of molasses and butter.

The collection includes returning hits: White Chocolate Peppermint with pink-and-white mint swirls and white chocolate, Pistachio Macaron with a nutty cream base and honeyed texture, Boozy Eggnog on an egg custard with nutmeg and whiskey, Cranberry Panettone with cranberry-orange jam plus chocolate sprinkles, and Black Tie Tiramisu — a double swirl of mocha and mascarpone with cookies and chocolate glaze. For the first time, the brand has added not only pints but also new items: Buttercream Sugar Cookie — an ice cream sandwich with frosting between vanilla cookies and rainbow sprinkles, and the Mexican Hot Chocolate Brownie J-Bar with dark chocolate, cayenne pepper and cinnamon.

Founder Jeni Britton Bauer and the team of flavor developers draw inspiration from real desserts, turning them into ice cream without artificial additives: date molasses and brown sugar add depth, while pieces of cake create a contrast of textures that is impossible to achieve in homemade ice cream. This is not just a seasonal release — it is a way to preserve the feeling of the holidays in the freezer, where each flavor evokes family traditions and global desserts.

The economics and culture of Jeni’s seasonal launches reflect demand for nostalgic yet premium desserts: the collection is available from 4 November in scoop shops across the country, on jenis.com and at major retailers like Kroger and Whole Foods, while supplies last. The new sandwich and bar formats broaden the audience, making holiday flavors convenient for gifts and impulse purchases.

In Columbus, Ohio, where the brand is based, and in regional stores such as Nashville, customers can try Sticky Toffee Pudding right in the scoop shop or order online with delivery. The flavor is best revealed in a pint when the ice cream is slightly thawed — that is when the toffee sauce and pieces of cake deliver the full bouquet.

Sticky Toffee Pudding as done by Jeni’s shows how an American ice cream brand reimagines a British classic dessert, turning it into part of a national holiday tradition, where every spoonful of ice cream holds the memory of warm family evenings and culinary exchanges.
