There are fast (instantaneous) ways of transmitting knowledge. But the fast OBTAINING — that is on your side.
The whole problem lies precisely in the decoding, not in the transmission. Most often a person receives a large volume of information, from which he extracts a tiny drop of knowledge.
Information and knowledge are two very different things.
Knowledge is superimposed on your picture of the world. And if it is too "deep," your picture of the world simply pushes it away.
