Google is enhancing its commitment to African startups through various initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to drive progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The company has launched the Google for Startup Accelerator for Africa and the Hustle Academy, which has trained over 10,000 graduates.
Additionally, Google has established a USD 50 million Africa Investment Fund to further support the growth of startups across the continent. These efforts highlight the crucial role of the private sector in fostering a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Africa.
