Please tell me, what does it mean to ground into matter? For example, I observe my state, I see limiting beliefs, I work with them. There is a result in life, but there seem to be rollbacks. Maybe I am not grounding my state? Please explain.

Rollbacks are normal. They are part of the "skill training," which shows that what matters is not the event, but the change of reaction. When there is a different reaction, then there will be no reason for rollbacks.
But you felt the connection with grounding well!
This is the process of including the frequency of Muladhara in the frequency field of the Earth. Usually people cut off this connection, striving to run away from pain – to reduce sensitivity to the events of the external world. In other words – not to look at the reflection created by their frequencies.
What do they do?
Right – they go into mental labyrinths, "suspended in nowhere," or lose themselves in entertainments – they hide in the plots of TV series, in empty conversations (after all, one can chatter not only with oneself), in loud music, in an alcoholic haze, in spectacular events (news, sports, intrigues…).
