The Illusion of Time: How the Mind Creates Labyrinths on the Path to What Already Is-1

How can you step into the reality of a desire that Already Is?

QUESTION:

Hello, lee; since time is non-linear, all realities exist simultaneously. I have already conceived of my desire and wished for it, so it must already be there. But where exactly is it? My mind cannot quite grasp the concept, yet I long to inhabit such a reality. Does this transition happen through reincarnation? That is to say, I am creating my own realities in the here and now, but when do I actually become aware of them?

LEE’S RESPONSE:

Technically, the process works in the opposite direction. First, everything Is. Then, within this state where "everything Is," you establish your persona at specific vibrational coordinates. Your personality then senses something it perceives as a "need for change." Finally, the mind translates this sensation into what we call a "desire."

This is where the illusion of time masks the fact that you didn't actually invent the desire, but were simply interpreting a connection with an existing version of the Universe.

Consider this analogy: imagine you have never eaten a strawberry, but you catch its scent and find it appealing. Then, someone shows you a pumpkin for the first time and tells you it is a strawberry. From that moment on, your mind creates the thought "I want a strawberry" while visualizing a pumpkin. The form of the desire is false, but you won't realize it until you actually taste the pumpkin—and then comes the shock of discovering that this unpleasant thing, though labeled as a "desire," has led you to such a disappointing experience.

Consequently, what you desire is never created; it already is. The mind merely provides an interpretation. It then constructs various paths to achieve that interpretation. This is how the Game of Illusion is played. On one hand, we are dealing with things that already exist, but on the other, we manufacture complex experiences to reach "what already is," making numerous moves and generating endless events. This is how the illusion functions as a whole.

Once you realize that the form is secondary and that the core feeling of the desire is primary, you shorten the path, and a pumpkin will never deceive you again.
