Moving forward quickly requires you to keep in mind that the sensation of grief is fundamentally UNTRUE. You experience sorrow for one reason and one reason only: you are lying to yourself.
This is the very first thing you must come to realize. Everything else is simply a detailed explanation of "why this is the case."

Your Higher Self and your loved ones, including your pets, are always together. It is only the mind, or the ego, that fabricates the lie of a supposed separation. The situation itself serves you by clearly exposing the falsehood of that negative belief.

Ultimately, you are left with a choice: either accept the service of those who are departing, or resist the gift they are offering you.
