新技術提升巨型腫瘤手術成效

上海交通大學醫學院的研究團隊開發了一種結合術前栓塞的新型手術技術——FENCY結紮術，用於治療巨型叢狀神經纖維瘤（PNFs）。此創新方法有效克服了摘除這類複雜血管腫瘤的挑戰，為患者帶來更佳的治療效果。

叢狀神經纖維瘤是與遺傳疾病神經纖維瘤病第一型（NF1）相關的良性腫瘤。由於腫瘤體積大且血管豐富，手術難度較高。FENCY結紮術採用「籬笆狀」縫合方式，於手術中有效控制出血。

該技術已在十一位巨型PNF患者身上進行測試，結果顯示腫瘤成功切除且功能獲得改善。此方法在臉部及頸部等困難部位尤其適用，有望重新定義複雜腫瘤切除的手術標準。
