This new feature, which has transitioned from the experimental Google Chrome Canary version to the stable release, allows users to view PDFs inline. To enable it, users simply need to modify a flag by navigating to chrome://flags/
Once enabled, users can open PDF documents directly within Chrome, streamlining their browsing experience. Additionally, the native reader includes editing tools, allowing users to highlight important sections and save copies of annotated documents. This enhancement positions Google Chrome on par with competitors like Firefox, which has offered similar functionality for some time.
