Apple's Spring Launch: iPhone SE 4 and More

Apple is set to unveil at least five new devices next spring, including the highly anticipated iPhone SE 4, which promises significant upgrades over its predecessor.

The iPhone SE 4 will feature a 6.1-inch OLED display, Face ID, USB-C, and a design reminiscent of the iPhone 14. It will be the first device to utilize Apple's proprietary modem.

Additionally, the basic iPad will likely receive its first update since 2022, focusing on Apple Intelligence support without major design changes. The iPad Air is expected to be upgraded with an M3 chip and a 90Hz display.

The MacBook Air 13 and 15 will also be updated with the M4 processor, though the impact may be limited due to the existing 16GB RAM across current models.

Another new product aimed at smart homes will combine features of the iPad, Apple TV, and HomePod, powered by the A18 chip for seamless integration with Apple Intelligence.

Rumors also suggest a new generation of AirTags and updates for Mac Studio and Mac Pro, but release dates remain uncertain, potentially extending to late 2025.

Recently, Apple launched its first batch of M4-based computers, including the MacBook Pro with a record 24-hour battery life, a redesigned Mac mini, and M4-based iMacs with USB-C accessories.

Looking ahead to the iPhone 17, rumors indicate significant camera upgrades and a shift to 120Hz displays for base models, alongside the intriguing introduction of the iPhone Air.
