JAKARTA - Lexus, the premium automotive brand from Japan, is set to launch the high-performance compact SUV, the LBX Morizo RR, in various markets, including Australia.
The vehicle will be available at local dealerships in the first half of 2025, starting at AUD 76,490 (approximately IDR 776.5 million).
Customers can opt for a two-tone color scheme for an additional AUD 2,000 (around IDR 20.3 million).
This high-performance variant is AUD 20,000 (IDR 203 million) more expensive than the LBX Sports Luxury AWD hybrid and AUD 13,500 (IDR 137 million) pricier than the GR Yaris, while also being AUD 6,000 (IDR 60.9 million) above the GR Corolla.
Initially unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2024, the LBX Morizo RR not only enhances Lexus's vehicle quality but also features a sporty design.
The development involved Akio Toyoda, Chairman of Toyota Motor Corporation, known as 'Morizo' or 'Master Driver,' after whom this edition is named.
The Lexus LBX Morizo RR blends sporty elements with the brand's premium characteristics, providing a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.
It features exclusive 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235/45R19 tires, along with enhancements to the damping structure and a Torsen limited-slip differential at the rear for optimized driving pleasure.
