Billy Ray Cyrus Celebrates Miley's Grammy Win Amid Family Turmoil

Billy Ray Cyrus marked a significant milestone in his daughter Miley Cyrus' career by celebrating her recent Grammy win on social media, despite ongoing family tensions.

Miley, 32, clinched the Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for her collaboration with Beyoncé on the track "II Most Wanted" during the ceremony held on February 2. This win adds to her accolades, including the Grammy for Record Of The Year and Best Pop Solo Performance for her song "Flowers" in 2024.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Billy Ray, 63, shared a side-by-side photo of Miley and Beyoncé, expressing his pride: "Congratulations @mileycyrus and @beyonce on their well-deserved @recordingacademyGrammy wins! 🎶 Couldn't be prouder!!!❤️🎉 🎈." Although Miley did not publicly respond to her father's tribute, she did show her approval by liking the post.

The Cyrus family has faced challenges recently, particularly after Billy Ray's controversial performance at one of President Trump's inaugural balls. Following this event, his son Trace publicly voiced concern for his father's health in an open letter posted on Instagram, stating, "We are all hanging on to memories of the man we once knew & hoping for the day he returns. You're not healthy Dad & everyone is noticing it." Trace later revealed that his father had threatened him with legal action, leading to further strain in their relationship.

In an attempt to mend family ties, Billy Ray shared a YouTube Short from his 2010 music video featuring Trace, captioning it with a message of hope: "Praying for my family. For my children ... sons and daughters...and their mother. Let this moment be the start of healing ❤️🩹 for us all."
