Opel Unveils All-Electric Frontera SUV with Hybrid Option

Opel is gradually introducing its all-electric Frontera model, initially targeting customers in Europe.

This spacious SUV, representing Opel's new lightning logo, will be available for sale in Turkey in the spring.

The Frontera offers a 48V hybrid technology option from the start, catering to varying customer preferences.

With a length of 4,380 mm, width of 1,795 mm, and height of 1,627 mm, it provides ample space for passengers and cargo.

The vehicle boasts a cargo capacity of over 460 liters with the rear seats upright, expandable to 1,600 liters when folded. It also features 40/60 split rear seats for added versatility and a standard second-level loading floor.

For eco-conscious consumers, the fully electric Frontera offers 83 kW (113 HP) and a usable battery capacity of 44 kWh, allowing for a range of up to 305 km (WLTP). It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 140 km/h.

The Frontera Hybrid features a turbocharged gasoline engine with 100 kW (136 HP) and a 48V hybrid system, making it ideal for users transitioning to electric driving without altering their habits.
