Karate Piacenza Farnesiana Shines: Secures Top 3 at Trofeo Lombardia and Coppa Città di Pisa in January 2025

Karate Piacenza Farnesiana achieved remarkable success at the interregional "Trofeo Lombardia" Csen competition held in Gorgonzola, Milan. The team, consisting of only 15 athletes, secured 3rd place in the free-fighting category amidst 1,100 athletes from 53 societies across Northern and Central Italy. This accomplishment is particularly noteworthy, considering that the top-ranked societies had over 60 athletes participating. Furthermore, at the "Coppa Città di Pisa" Csen competition on January 19, 2025, Karate Piacenza excelled, ranking 1st out of 52 societies in the Under10 and Under12 categories, and 3rd in the Under14, Cadets, Juniors, and Seniors categories. Individual gold medals were awarded to Ginevra Livelli in the Cadets -61kg category, Gaia Granelli in the Cadets -54kg category, and Eva Dallavalle in the Juniors -53kg category. Nicole Famà secured a silver medal in the Under12 -32kg category.
