Former Department of Defence official Luis Elizondo asserted, "UAP are real," emphasizing that advanced technologies not produced by any government may be monitoring military sites globally.
Belfast, Northern Ireland's capital, leads with four reported sightings since 2021. In contrast, the UK saw a total of 395 sightings in 2023, a 20% decrease from 2022.
