Ripple Partners with Unicâmbio to Launch Crypto Payments in Portugal, Targeting Brazil Corridor

Ripple announced a partnership with Portuguese currency exchange provider Unicâmbio on February 10, 2025, expanding its crypto-enabled payments solution to Portugal. This collaboration aims to streamline transactions between Portugal and Brazil using Ripple's Payments platform. Unicâmbio's corporate customers will benefit from near-instant settlement and reduced costs. Ripple's Payments platform has processed over $70 billion in volume to date, covering 90+ payout markets.
