Düzenleyen: Екатерина С.

Two adorable puppies from the Kentucky Humane Society are set to shine in this year's Puppy Bowl! Colonel, a Beagle, and Julep, a St. Bernard mix, will compete on February 9 at 2 p.m. on Animal Planet. This marks a special debut for the rescue organization.

Andrea Mattingly, the PR & Marketing Director, expressed excitement about the event. She said, 'We love how the Puppy Bowl highlights amazing shelter animals available for adoption all over the United States.' It’s a fun way to show that shelter pets are just as loving and talented as any other, inspiring many to consider adopting their next furry friend.

Meet Colonel! He came to the Kentucky Humane Society at just four days old, along with three siblings. The dedicated staff provided constant care and bottle feedings. By four weeks, each puppy had received over 300 feedings! Colonel, now four and a half months old, is described as 'small but mighty,' 'very lovable and sweet,' and 'a bit shy but playful.' He has already found his forever home!

Now, let’s talk about Julep! She was surrendered to the shelter at two months old. Julep is playful, feisty, smart, and full of energy. She loves a good game of tug-of-war. After filming, Julep was adopted by her foster family, who fell in love with her charm. Mattingly noted that Julep thrives in an active home.

The Kentucky Humane Society is committed to helping pets and their owners in tough situations. They work hard to ensure that every pet finds a loving home. Tune in to see Colonel and Julep show off their skills in the Puppy Bowl!
