Simon Pegg Hails 'Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning' as the Best Yet Ahead of 2024 Release

Simon Pegg, the beloved actor known for his role as secret agent Benji Dunn, has declared that the upcoming film Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning will be the best installment in the franchise. Scheduled for release in 2024, Pegg, who has been part of the series since 2006, recently shared his excitement on the podcast Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum.

Pegg revealed he has just completed filming, with only a day of pick-ups remaining. He described the film as "bananas" and praised co-star Tom Cruise for his incredible stunts that are sure to leave audiences on the edge of their seats.

"What he does in this one, it boggles the mind. I think this one is the best one ever. And I'm not just saying that because it's like, 'Oh, you've got to say that.' It is going to be great," Pegg stated enthusiastically.

While enjoying the fun of filming, Pegg acknowledged the challenging nature of production. He humorously noted that Cruise, who also produces the film alongside director Christopher McQuarrie, can be mischievous on set, often trying to distract him during crucial scenes.

The film, which features a star-studded cast including Haley Atwell, Vanessa Kirby, and Ving Rhames, continues the story from last year's Dead Reckoning, as Ethan Hunt and his team race against time to thwart a powerful artificial intelligence known as The Entity.
