Perodua Partners with Petronas and Gentari to Enhance EV Transition and Customer Experience

Perodua has signed memorandums of understanding (MoUs) with Petronas Dagangan and Gentari to improve customer services and support its upcoming electric vehicle (EV) initiatives.

The agreement with Petronas involves integrating digital payment features into Perodua's UFirst app and establishing Mesra retail stations, enhancing convenience for customers at service centres. Additionally, Perodua will set up service centres at selected Petronas stations.

In collaboration with Gentari, charging facilities will be installed at existing Perodua service centres to facilitate the shift to EVs, set for late 2025. This includes EV charging subscriptions and home charging solutions, integrated with the Gentari Go platform.
