Japan's Terra Charge Partners with Keppel to Expand Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure in Jakarta

Jakarta - Japanese electric vehicle charging station provider Terra Charge has partnered with property developer Keppel to establish charging infrastructure in Jakarta. The installations will take place at two locations: Chillax Sudirman, a lifestyle center, and the International Financial Centre (IFC), a business complex.

Terra Charge's Managing Director in Indonesia, Go Suzuki, expressed enthusiasm for this collaboration, emphasizing its alignment with Indonesia's ambitious goals to transition to cleaner energy sources and reduce carbon emissions.

By providing accessible electric vehicle charging stations, the partnership aims to empower individuals and initiatives to adopt electric vehicles, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable environment.

This collaboration also reinforces Terra Charge's commitment to leading sustainable mobility solutions and becoming a key player in Indonesia's growing electric vehicle market. The partnership ensures that properties like Chillax Sudirman and IFC are prepared to meet future electric vehicle needs while enhancing their appeal and sustainability.

Terra Charge has installed AC chargers with a maximum capacity of 22 kWh. The charging station at Chillax Sudirman is open to the public 24/7, while the IFC station is dedicated to employees, catering to both individual and corporate needs.

Looking ahead, Terra Charge and Keppel plan to expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure to more properties in Jakarta and other major cities.
