Warren Buffett Diversifies Berkshire Hathaway's Portfolio with New Investments

Billionaire investor Warren Buffett's company, Berkshire Hathaway, is investing hundreds of millions into new ventures, according to recently filed 13F documents.

Following significant sales in the last quarter, Berkshire now holds approximately 300 million shares of Apple, valued at around $69 billion, and 766 million shares of Bank of America, worth about $32 billion.

After these sales, Buffett allocated approximately $600 million to pizza chain Domino's, acquiring around 1.3 million shares. Additionally, he invested about $152 million in Pool Corp, purchasing around 400,000 shares of the swimming pool equipment distributor.

These investments align with Buffett's strategy of focusing on consumer-oriented businesses with competitive advantages and long-term growth potential.

Berkshire Hathaway's portfolio prominently features three major companies: $69 billion in Apple, $41 billion in American Express, and $32 billion in Bank of America, alongside significant holdings in Coca-Cola and Chevron.

This portfolio structure underscores Buffett's investment principles, reflecting a commitment to established companies. The recent adjustments indicate a strategy to diversify Berkshire Hathaway's holdings, enhancing the company's financial resilience.
