AI's ability to handle repetitive tasks without requiring benefits, sick leave, or vacation time makes it an attractive alternative.

HR consultant Bryan Driscoll explains that AI can be upskilled at a fraction of the cost and time required to train human workers. This economic advantage has made AI a preferred option for many organizations looking to streamline operations.
