Gaza Aid Distribution Center Attack: 50+ Killed

Gaza, June 16, 2025 – The Gaza Civil Defense reported that Israeli forces killed at least 51 people near an aid distribution center in southern Gaza, in the Khan Yunis area. In the incident, over 200 people were injured, with around 20 in critical condition, according to the Gaza Health Ministry. Since late May, when the Humanitarian Foundation for Gaza (GHF) began operating, there have been repeated deadly incidents near these distribution points. The UN agencies and other humanitarian organizations describe this mechanism as a "death trap" for the starving civilian population and are calling for mass aid to enter Gaza.
