Kyiv, Ukraine - On January 22, 2025, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree implementing sanctions against individuals and entities allegedly involved in activities related to the occupation of Ukrainian territories.
The sanctions target individuals and businesses accused of supporting the Russian occupation, particularly in Crimea. Sanctions have been imposed against 13 individuals and 8 companies, of which two are registered in the Russian Federation, the rest are in Cyprus.
The measures include restrictions on economic activities and asset freezes.
