China has instructed its domestic airlines to suspend all receptions of Boeing aircraft, as reported by Bloomberg on Tuesday. This decision occurs amid escalating trade tensions between Beijing and Washington. Former U.S. President Donald Trump stated that China has withdrawn from a significant agreement with Boeing, refusing to take delivery of aircraft. Trump conveyed this information on his Truth Social network. The tariffs imposed by Beijing are increasing the costs of aircraft and spare parts manufactured in the United States. As of late March, Boeing's order backlog included 130 aircraft for Chinese customers, although the actual number may be higher due to some customers preferring anonymity. Boeing shares experienced a decline of 1.81% on the New York Stock Exchange.
