On Saturday, a Russian ballistic missile struck the Black Sea port of Odesa, Ukraine. The attack damaged a civilian vessel sailing under the Panamanian flag and owned by a European company. Two port employees sustained injuries in the strike. Oleh Kiper, the regional governor of Odesa, reported the incident via Telegram. Emergency services are currently addressing the aftermath of the attack, providing necessary aid to those affected. Separately, overnight Russian drone strikes on Kharkiv resulted in injuries to at least seven people.
