After a six-year hiatus, the Canadian diva has begun a series of concerts in the French capital. The performances kicked off in September at the Plenitude arena (formerly La Défense Arena) and will run until mid-October. She has long called Paris her "second home," and the public has responded in kind: searches for flights to the city have surged, especially from the United States, Canada, and Brazil. People are deliberately planning trips around the show dates, booking hotels for several nights, and turning the concert into a full-fledged mini-vacation.
One hotel decided not just to wait for guests, but to actively ride this wave. Le Méridien Paris Arc de Triomphe by Marriott has launched a themed room called "Paris, I'm Ready." Inside there's a wall of microphones, a professional beauty area with illuminated mirrors, a dressing-room atmosphere, and nods to Celine's concerts. The price starts at 659 euros per night. Beyond the room itself, the hotel offers a whole package of experiences: a musical menu, interactive listening sessions, photo zones, and even a free two-hour walking tour called "Paris Encore" with karaoke elements through the city's landmarks—from the Eiffel Tower to the Seine, with champagne, of course.
It's a classic story of a major cultural occasion turning into a ready-made business product. The phrase "My Heart Will Go On" suddenly works not only as a soundtrack but also as a marketing plan for a hotel. Fans come not just to listen to their favorite singer, but to live out an entire ritual around it—from getting ready in a themed room to strolling through Paris with songs.
