Google Unveils A2A Protocol for AI Agent Communication

Google has introduced Agent2Agent (A2A), an open-source protocol that enables AI agents to interact with each other. Announced at the company's Cloud Next conference, A2A allows agents to request tasks from one another, providing communication channels that support collaboration, task delegation, and file sharing. This aims to streamline business processes such as hiring and background checks by automating tasks and minimizing user input.
