Amazon has launched 'Interests,' a new AI-powered shopping tool designed to create personalized and conversational search experiences for users in the US.
Available on the Amazon Shopping app for iOS and Android, and the mobile website, 'Interests' allows customers to input text prompts based on their interests, preferences, and budget. The tool then scans Amazon's store and proactively notifies users about new products, restocks, and deals relevant to their specified interests.
Amazon plans to expand access to more users in the US in the coming months.
