Salma Hayek recently shared her admiration for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' children, highlighting their impressive Spanish language skills. Hayek, 58, mentioned she had the opportunity to spend time with the kids, who affectionately call her "tía Salma."

She praised the children's linguistic abilities, noting that they "speak some Spanish." Hayek specifically mentioned one of the younger children, adding, "They understand Spanish, and they're lovely."

Hayek's connection with Lively and Reynolds dates back to their respective collaborations. She and Lively worked together on the 2012 film "Savages," while Reynolds starred alongside Hayek in the 2017 action-comedy "The Hitman's Bodyguard."

Hayek has previously shared glimpses of her relationship with the family on social media. In 2017, she posted a photo on Instagram of herself cooking dinner for Lively, Reynolds, and their daughter Inez, captioning it: "When your friends invite you for dinner and you end up doing all the work."

Reynolds has also spoken about his approach to parenting, emphasizing the importance of giving his children a normal life. He acknowledged that their upbringing is different from his own working-class background but noted that his children demonstrate gratitude and empathy.
