Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Remove Beverly Hills Mansion from Market After Unsuccessful Year

Edited by: Татьяна Гуринович

The Beverly Hills mansion of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, initially listed for sale in July 2024, has been withdrawn from the market. This decision comes after a year of unsuccessful attempts to find a buyer for the 38,000-square-foot estate.

The couple acquired the property in May 2023 for $60.8 million. The mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and extensive amenities, including an indoor sports complex and guest accommodations.

Despite an $8 million price reduction in May 2025, the property remained unsold. Public records confirm the listing's withdrawal as of July 2, 2025. Lopez and Affleck finalized their divorce in January 2025, with plans to divide the sale proceeds.
