Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Clash Over Beverly Hills Mansion Sale Post-Divorce

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, fresh from finalizing their divorce in January, are reportedly embroiled in a real estate dispute over their Beverly Hills mansion.

The former couple disagrees on the fate of the 38,000-square-foot property, purchased for $60.85 million in June 2023. The mansion, boasting 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, has been on the market for nine months without a successful sale.

Sources claim Affleck wants to lower the price to expedite the sale, while Lopez is holding firm, hoping for an offer close to the initial $68 million asking price. Insiders reveal neither star ever truly felt at home in the sprawling estate, with Affleck reportedly disliking its distance from his children.

An initial attempt to sell the villa discreetly proved unsuccessful. A $64 million offer in September 2024 fell through when the buyers withdrew.

The property remains on the market with no significant interest. Representatives for Lopez and Affleck have not issued official comments, fueling speculation about a potentially contentious post-divorce settlement.
