This move comes after the couple put their shared Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $68 million in July 2024, a property they originally bought for $60.8 million in 2023. Affleck also purchased a $20.5 million residence in Los Angeles in July. The divorce was finalized three months after Lopez filed in August 2024, coinciding with their second wedding anniversary.
