An unusual dispute is escalating in Connecticut between a senior living community and its 96-year-old resident, Lillian Droniak. The retiree, famously known as Grandma Droniak on social media, is under threat of eviction for hosting loud, alcohol-fueled parties and filming viral content about them.

Management at the facility eventually grew tired of the elderly influencer’s late-night antics and served her with an official written notice. In the document, the administration sternly reminded her that "parties are prohibited, and providing alcohol to other residents is also forbidden," labeling the letter a "formal warning."
Lillian, however, showed no interest in complying with the regulations. In one of her recent videos, she defiantly ripped up the management’s order, announcing that she intends to keep the party going.
The pensioner maintains that she is well within her rights to enjoy her life. Lillian pointed out that she pays a hefty $12,000 a month for her residence at the home, which she believes entitles her to do whatever she wants.
The story has divided the internet into two distinct camps. Many admire Lillian’s incredible zest for life, suggesting that everyone should aspire to be as "wild" as she is at 96. Others argue that the nocturnal noise and alcohol might be unfair to fellow residents who, unlike Lillian, require total peace and quiet.
